Compassionate hospice care across our Georgia community

More comfort.
More meaningful moments.

When time matters most, Haven Hospice surrounds patients and families with clinical expertise, practical support, and genuine compassion—wherever they call home.

Questions are welcome. A conversation does not obligate you to choose hospice.

“Care should feel personal, clear, and centered on what matters to you.”
Our promiseCompassion. Comfort. Dignity.

A calm, trusted presence for the journey ahead.

Haven Hospice and Palliative Care of Georgia LLC is a locally rooted hospice organization serving patients and the people who love them. We believe excellent end-of-life care begins with listening.

Our interdisciplinary team helps manage symptoms, explains what to expect, and honors each patient’s values, culture, wishes, and definition of comfort.

Care for the whole person—and the whole family.

Hospice is not about giving up. It is about choosing comfort, support, and quality of life when a serious illness has progressed.

01

Expert symptom support

Comfort-focused nursing care and coordination designed around each patient’s needs and goals.

02

Care wherever home is

Support may be provided in a private home, assisted living community, or skilled nursing setting.

03

Whole-family care

Social work, spiritual care, hospice aide support, education, and bereavement resources.

04

A team you can reach

An interdisciplinary team works together to respond to changing needs and support confident decisions.

You do not have to wait for a crisis.

Hospice may be appropriate when a person has a life-limiting illness and care is shifting from cure to comfort. An earlier conversation can give families more time to understand options and receive support.

Signs it may be time to talk

  • More frequent hospital or emergency room visits
  • Increasing pain, breathlessness, weakness, or confusion
  • Progressive decline or difficulty with daily activities
  • Reduced appetite, weight loss, or repeated infections
  • A desire to remain comfortable and avoid burdensome treatment

Eligibility is based on the complete clinical picture. Our team can review the situation with the patient’s physician.
